Optimizing ppc ads
While Dr. Berg’s account was doing well, there was still a lot to be done. Mainly removing underperforming keywords and bidding higher on keywords that performed the best. This allowed us to spend the same amount of money but generate more, highly qualified covnersions.
Optimizing the final conversion step
Dr. Berg’s quiz is 10-20 steps long (depending on answers given). After looking through analytics we found that the highest dropoff was on the final conversion page. We studied the page and noticed that it was missing several important factors.
After weeks of testing we implemented the following to increase conversions by over 40%:

- Bio section
- Proof video
- Dr Berg in the media
- Trust symbols
All of these factors help to build trust and assure the user that completing the final step is a good option for them.
