For those examples, you may write title tags like “Earn Money From Google AdWords NY” or “Maximize New York Search Engine Optimization”. You can also make variations of these tags this way: “Google AdWords Optimization – New York” or “Maximize SEO Results – NY”. Using words between 10-12 in length would work fine with title tags for SEO.
You may also write two keyphrases as variation like:
Google AdWords – Optimize New York Ads – SEO Basics That Work
